PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN ETIKA LALU LINTAS (PELL) DI SD NEGERI JETISHARJO YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program sekolah Pendidikan Etika Lalu Lintas (PELL) dengan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program tersebut melalui pengintegrasian pendidikan etika berlalu lintas ke dalam mata pelajaran, pengembangan diri dan budaya sekolah di SD Negeri Jetisharjo Yogyakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru koordinator PELL, dan guru kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi display data , reduksi data, dan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terlaksana pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran/tema dalam pelaksanaan PELL ditunjukkan dengan adanya KD mengenai PELL, RPP mengenai PELL dan guru melakukan penilaian. Selain itu, kegiatan pengembangan diri dilakukan dalam bentuk layanan bimbingan dan ekstrakurikuler untuk menunjang program PELL. Pada budaya satuan pendidikan terlaksana melalui pembiasaan, kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan dan pengkondisian.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the school program of Traffic Ethics Education (PELL) by describing the implementation of the program through the integration of ethical education into the subjects/themes, self-development and school culture at Jetisharjo Yogyakarta Elementary School. The approach of this research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects included school principal, PELL program coordinator teacher, and classroom teacher. The data collection was done through interview method, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques included data display, data reduction, and conclusions. The examination of data validity used triangulation of sources and triangulation methods to examine the validity of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that PELL has been integrated in the learning process, such as Basic Competence on PELL, RPP on PELL and teacher who did an assessment towards PELL proccess. In addition, self-development activities are conducted in the form of guidance and extracurricular services to support the PELL program. The culture of educational units was done through habituation, routine activities, spontaneous activities, role modelling and conditioning.
