PENINGKATAN KREATIVITAS SISWA KELAS VB MENGGUNAKAN PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PjBL)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas VB menggunakan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) di SD Negeri Tegalpanggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VB berjumlah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart yang berlangsung dalam 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas siswa kelas VB menggunakan project-based learning (PjBL) dengan langkah (1) memperoleh ide dengan contoh proyek sederhana, (2) merancang proyek, (3) menyetel proyek dengan bimbingan guru, (4) membuat proyek, dan (5) memamerkan proyek dengan lembar presentasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi pada siklus I mencapai 59.87% dengan kriteria tinggi, dan siklus II mencapai 79.20% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil angket pada siklus I mencapai 74.84% dengan kriteria tinggi, dan siklus II mencapai 82.89% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi.

Abstract
This research aimed to improve the creativity of class VB in Tegalpanggung Elementary School using Project-Based Learning (PjBL).The type of this research was classroom action research with 20 students of class VB as the subject of the research. This research used Kemmis and Taggart’s model which conducted in two cycles. The data were collected through observation and questionnaire and the research instruments used were observation sheets and questionnaire. The result of the research shows there was an improvement of creativity by applying project-based learning (PjBL) with following steps (1) obtaining idea with simple project example, (2) designing the project, (3) setting the project with teacher’s guided, (4) creating the project, and (5) exhibiting the project with presentation sheets.The result of the observation on the cycle I was reaching 59.87% and was considered to have high criterion, while the cycle II which reached 79.20% was considered to have very high criterion. Whereas, the result of the questionnaire on the cycle I was reaching 74.84% and was considered to have high criterion, while the cycle II which reached 82.89% was considered to have very high criterion.
