PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MENGGUNAKAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN SCRAMBLE

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPS menggunakan metode pembelajaran scramble pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Wates Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakankelas (PTK).Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Wates yang berjumlah 36 siswa.Desain PTK menggunakan Kemmis dan Taggart yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, serta refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran scramble dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Wates. Peningkatan hasil belajar ditunjukkan dengan persentase ketuntasan pada pra tindakan 27,24%, pada siklus I 52,27%, dan pada siklus II 88,89 %.

Abstract

This research aims to know the improvementof sosial studies learning outcoomes using scramble learning method on the fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Wates Kabupaten Kulon Progo. This research type was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subject were 36 fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2Wates. The CAR design used in this research was Kemmis and Taggart that included planning, acting and observing, and reflecting. The technique of collecting data was test. The technique of data analysiswas quantitative descriptif. The results shows that scramble learning method can improve the social studies learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Wates. Improvement of learning outcomes were indicated by the mastery learning percentage in pre-action amounted to 27,24%, 52,27% in the first cycle, and 88,89% in the second cycle.
