FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN NGLUWAR KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan bahwa banyak siswa yang pasif saat mengikuti pembelajaran yang berakibat banyak nilai yang diperoleh kurang dari kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 75. Atas dasar permasalahan tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Ngluwar Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 368 siswa dan diambil sampel sebanyak 191 siswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor intrinsik yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa adalah sebesar 82,14% meliputi cita-cita aspirasi siswa, kemampuan belajar siswa, dan kondisi jasmani dan rohani siswa. Faktor ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa adalah sebesar 92,45% meliputi kondisi lingkungan siswa, unsur-unsur dinamis belajar, dan upaya guru membelajarkan siswa.

Abstract

This research begins with the problemthat the students are passive while following the lessons that result in much less value obtained less than the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) is 75. On the basis of these problems researchers conducted a study aims to describe the intrinsic and extrinsic factors affect learning motivation. The population of this study was 368 elementary students grade V in Ngluwar District Magelang Regency and the sample was 191 students who were determined by Slovin formula. Data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis.The results showed that the intrinsic factors that affected the students learned motivation were 82.14%, covered the aspiration of students, students learned ability, and the physical and spiritual condition of the student. Extrinsic factors that affected the student learned motivation were 92.45%, covered the student environment conditions, dynamic elements of learned, and efforts of teachers to learned students.
