Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman sikap sosial melalui pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas V dan hambatan yang dialami oleh guru kelas V di SD Negeri Pengkol. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan informan siswa dan guru kelas V serta kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penanaman sikap sosial dilakukan melalui kegiatan rutin seperti membiasakan siswa untuk bersalaman, berdoa, piket, dan menerapkan 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, dan santun), melalui keteladanan dengan cara menunjukkan sopan santun, kedisiplinan dan menghargai, melalui kegiatan spontan dengan cara menegur dan menasehati jika perbuatan siswa kurang baik, melalui pengkondisian di dalam maupun di luar kelas, mengajarkan solidaritas, kerjasama, dan tenggang rasa pada siswa, dan mengintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran. Dalam penanaman sikap sosial ditemui hambatan yang dihadapi baik dari guru maupun dari siswa.

Abstract

This study aims at describing the investment of social attitudes through social studies of fifth grade and obstacles experienced by teachers of fifth grade in SD Pengkol. The type of research was qualitative research with students and teachers of fifth grade and headmasters as the informants. The techniques of data collection were using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of data were using source triangulation and technical. The data analysis techniques were using data reduction measures, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show inculcation of social attitude conducted through routine activities such as familiarize students to shake with teachers, pray, doing chores, and get used to 5S (a smile, greeting, greeted, politely, and well-mannered), through an exemplary by way of showing manners, discipline, and appreciate, through spontaneous activity by reminding and advising if the students' actions are not suitable with norm, by conditioning inside or outside the classroom, teaching solidarity, cooperation, and tolerance to the students, and integrating in subjects. In the process of social attitudes inculcation, it encountered problem faced by teachers and students.
