Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan kreativitas siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa gugus Sultan Agung, (2) pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa gugus Sultan Agung, dan (3) pengaruh antara kreativitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa gugus Sultan Agung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD se-gugus Sultan Agung yang terdiri dari 7 sekolah sebanyak 172 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 120 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan kreativitas siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap pretasi belajar siswa gugus Sultan Agung; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap pretasi belajar siswa gugus Sultan Agung; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kreativitas terhadap pretasi belajar siswa gugus Sultan Agung.

Abstract                                 

This study aims to determine (1) the influence between emotional intelligence and student creativity together on student achievement of Gugus Sultan Agung, (2) the influence between emotional intelligence to student achievement of Gugus Sultan Agung, and (3) the influence between creativity toward student achievement of Gugus Sultan Agung. This research used quantitative approach. The populations of this research were all students of class V of Gugus Sultan Agung elementary school which consisted of 7 schools as many as 172 students. Technique of sampling was using simple random sampling technique, so that obtained by sampel as many as 120 students. The research instrument used questionnaire. The technique of data analysis was using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence and creativity of students together to the students' learning pretensions of the Gugus Sultan Agung; (2) there was positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on student learning pretensions of Gugus Sultan Agung; And (3) there was positive and significant influence of creativity on student learning pretensions of Gugus Sultan Agung.
