Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memaknai implementasi program adiwiyata beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambat program adiwiyata di SD Negeri Kotagede 3. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi dengan subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Obyek penelitian adalah situasi sosial terkait implementasi program adiwiyata meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program adiwiyata SD Negeri Kotagede 3 dilaksanakan berdasarkan komponen kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, kegiatan sekolah berbasis partisipatif, dan pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan dengan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi program adiwiyata di SD Negeri Kotagede 3 berasal dari lingkungan fisik maupun sosial warga sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and interpret the implementation of adiwiyata program in SD Negeri Kotagede 3 and its supporting and obstacle factors. This research was a qualitative research of phenomenology which the subjects were the principal,teachers, and students. The object was social situation which relates to the implementation of adiwiyata program including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data Collection Techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data Analysis Technique used Miles & Huberman interactive model. The validity test used source and techniques triangulation. The result shows that adiwiyata program in SD Negeri Kotagede 3 is implemented based on the environmentally school policy, the environment-based curriculum, the partisipatory-based school activities, and the management of enviromentally support facilities components through planning, implementation, and evaluation. The supporting and obstacle factors of adiwiyata program come from either physical or social environment surronding the school.
