PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA KELAS IV SD DENGAN MENERAPKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Jetis dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Jetis yang berjumlah 21 siswa, terdiri dari 14 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan lembar observasi. Indikator keberhasilannya adalah 80% siswa dapat mencapai KKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Jetis. Peningkatan tersebut dilihat dari presentase ketuntasan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Presentase ketuntasan aspek kognitif pada siklus I sebesar 76,20% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90,48%. Presentase aspek afektif pada siklus I sebesar 71,43% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,24%. Presentase aspek psikomotor pada siklus I sebesar 76,19% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90,48%.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the psocess and learning result of science at fourth graders of SD N 1 Jetis by applying Quantum Teaching learning model. This type of this research was classroom action research. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students of SD N 1 Jetis, which consist of 21 students, those were 14 males and 7 females. Data collection technique used test and observation. The mastery learning criterion in this research was 80% of students could reach Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learnig. The result shows that the use of Quantum Teaching learning model can improve the process and leraning result of science of fourth grade students of SD N 1 Jetis. The improvement could seen from the percentage of completeness in cycle I and cycle II. The percentage of cognitive aspect completeness in cycle I of 76.20% improve in cycle II to 90.48%. The percentage of affective aspect in cycle I of 71.43% improve in cycle II to 95.24%. The percentage of psychomotor aspect in the cycle I of 76.19% improve in cycle II to 90.48%.
