PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PALANG MERAH REMAJA UNIT 74 SD NEGERI BHAYANGKARA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja Unit 74 SD Negeri Bhayangkara Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, pembina dan pelatih PMR. Instrumen utama adalah peneliti dengan alat bantu pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan kegiatan dilakukan oleh pelatih PMR kemudian diseleksi dalam rapat sekolah dan hasilnya berupa program kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PMR diikuti oleh sebagian siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bhayangkara. Siswa dilibatkan secara aktif dalam program kegiatan yang dapat membantu perkembangan sosial siswa. Evaluasi dalam ekstrakurikuler PMR dilakukan dengan evaluasi pelatihan dan evaluasi program kegiatan. Faktor pendukung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja adalah dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan wali murid. Faktor penghambat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja adalah pelatih PMR memiliki kesibukan di tempat lain, partisipasi anak masih kurang dan keterbatasan anggaran.

Abstract
This research aims at investigating the implementation of extracurricular activities of Youth Red Cross in 74 Unit Bhayangkara State Elementary School of Yogyakarta. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Research subjects included the school principals, supervisors and trainer of Youth Red Cross. The main instrument was a researcher with the tools observation, interview and documentation. Data were analyzed by using the model of Miles and Huberman. Mechanical examination of the validity of data by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that the planning of activities are carried out by trainer of Youth Red Cross then it selected at a meeting of the school and the result is a program of activities. Implementation of extracurricular activities are followed by few students of fifth grade in Bhayangkara State Elementary School. Students are actively invited in a program of activities that it can help the social development of the students. Evaluation of extracurricular of Youth Red Cross conducted by training evaluation and program evaluation. Supporting factor of the extracurricular activities of Youth Red Cross are supporting by school and parents. Obstraction factors of extracurricular activities of Youth Red Cross are trainer of Youth Red Cross have another jobs, children's participation is less and the last one is less budget.
