PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA BERBASIS SIBI PADA MATERI KALOR SEBAGAI MEDIA BELAJAR MANDIRI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK TUNARUNGU DEVOLEPMENT OF SIBI-BASED PHYSICS LEARNING VIDEO IN THE HEAT SUBJECT MATTER AS A SELF-LEARNING MEDIA TO INCREASE THE INTEREST LEARNING OF DEAF STUDENTS

Abstract
Intisari- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kelayakan video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI pada materi kalor sebagai media belajar mandiri untuk peserta didik tunarungu, dan (2) mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar fisika pada peserta didik tunarungu setelah menggunakan video pembelajaran kalor berbasis SIBI di SLB N 1 Bantul dan SLB N 2 Bantul.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4-D menurut Thiagarahan dan Semmel (1974:5). Tahap define merupakan tahap awal untuk mendefinisikan permasalahan. Tahap design dilakukan dengan mengembangkan rancangan awal video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI dan instrumen penelitian. Tahap develope dilakukan untuk menghasilkan video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI yang layak dan mengetahui peningkatan minat peserta didik. Kelayakan video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI dilihat dari rata-rata skor penilaian validator dari segi media dan materi serta dari respon peserta didik yang diubah menjadi kategori kualitatif. Peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik diketahui berdasarkan lembar angket minat belajar sebelum dan setelah menggunakan video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI pada ujicoba terbatas di SLB Negeri 2 Bantul (3 peserta didik) dan uji coba lapangan di SLB Negeri 1 Bantul (8 peserta didik). Tahap disseminate dilakukan dengan penyebaran video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI dalam skala yang luas di SLB N 1 Bantul dan SLB N 2 Bantul.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI yang dikembangkan layak digunakan oleh sasaran pengguna berdasarkan penilaian ahli media, ahli materi, praktisi SLB-B dengan hasil rata-rata penilaian dari segi media sebesar 4,5 (sangat baik) dan segi materi sebesar 4,6 (sangat baik), serta hasil respon peserta didik tunarungu dengan nilai 1 (baik) pada uji coba terbatas dan 0,98 (baik) pada uji coba lapangan, dan (2) video pembelajaran fisika berbasis SIBI pada materi kalor sebagai media belajar mandiri mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik tunarungu di SLB N 2 Bantul ditinjau dari aspek sikap senang belajar, sikap pembelajaran di kelas, sikap rajin dan tekun, serta di SLB N 1 Bantul ditinjau dari aspek sikap senang belajar, rasa ingin tahu, sikap pembelajaran di kelas, sikap rajin dan tekun.

Abstract-This research is aimed to: (1) know the feasibility of SIBI-based physics learning video in the heat subject matter as a self-learning media for deaf students, (2) know the increase of learning interest of deaf students using SIBI-based physics learning video in the heat subject matter.
The method of this research is Research and Development with 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) by Thiagarajan and Semmel (1974:5). Define stage is the initial stage to define the problems. Design stage is done by developing the draft of the SIBI-based physics learning video and research instruments. Develop stage aimed to produce feasible SIBI-based physics learning video and also to know the increase of learning interest of deaf students. The feasibility of SIBI-based physics learning video was taken from the average score of validator in media and material aspects and also from students' response which has been converted into qualitative category. The increase of students learning interest was taken from two questionnaire scores of learning interest before and after using SIBI-based physics learning video on limited test in SLB N 2 Bantul (3 students) and field testing in SLB 1 Bantul (8 students). Disseminate stage was done by distributing SIBI-based physics learning video in broader scale in SLB N 1 Bantul and SLB N 2 Bantul.
The result of this research showed that: (1) the quality of SIBI-based physics learning video is feasible to used by target learners (deaf students) based on the assessment of media expert, material expert and the practitioners SLB-B with average score of media aspect 4.5 (very good), material aspect 4.6 (very good), and also the result of deaf students’ response in limited test is 1 (good) and in field test is 0.98 (good), (2) the SIBI-based physics learning video in the heat subject matter as a self-learning media is able to increase deaf students’ learning interest in SLB N 2 Bantul in aspect of fun learning attitude, positive attitude in the class, and also diligent and persevering attitude, and in SLB N 1 Bantul in aspects of fun learning attitude, curiosity, positive attitude in the class, and also diligent and persevering attitude.
