PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN ULANGAN HARIAN ONLINE UNTUK MENGUKUR PENGUASAAN MATERI FISIKA DAN MENGETAHUI RESPON BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK SMA DEVELOPMENT OF ONLINE DAILY TEST ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURE MASTERY OF PHYSICS MATERIAL AND FIND OUT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS RESPONSES OF LEARNING

Abstract
Abstrak-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memperoleh instrumen penilaian Ulangan Harian Online yang layak untuk mengetahui penguasaan materi dan respon belajar peserta didik SMA pada materi hukum Newton tentang gravitasi; (2) mengetahui keterlaksanaan instrumen Ulangan Harian Online pada materi hukum Newton tentang gravitasi; dan (3) mengetahui respon belajar peserta didik setelah menggunakan instrumen penilaian Ulangan Harian Online dalam penilaian fisika pada materi hukum Newton tentang gravitasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D (Four-D Models). Hasil penelitian 1) diperoleh instrumen penilaian Ulangan Harian Online yang layak dan memenuhi syarat validitas isi dengan expert jugdements, dan mendapat bukti empiris berdasarkan uji coba sebanyak 12 butir soal yang fit dengan RM dan 7 butir angket yang fit dengan PCM, memiliki reliabilitas soal 0,30 dan angket sebesar 0,79, serta memiliki indeks kesukaran item mulai 0,36 sampai dengan 0,45; 2) persentase keterlaksanaan penerapan instrumen penilaian Ulangan Harian Online pada materi hukum Newton tentang gravitasi meliputi kategori sangat tinggi adalah 15%, tinggi 22%, sedang 26%, rendah 22%, dan sangat rendah 15%; dan 3) persentase respon belajar peserta didik pada kategori sangat tinggi 30%, tinggi 22%, sedang 41%, rendah 4%, dan sangat rendah 4%.

Abstract-This research aims to (1) obtainOnline Daily Testassessment instrument which is worthy to find out about mastery of material and high school studentsresponses of learning to Newton’s law of gravity; (2) to know materialized of the Online Daily Test instrument on Newton’s law of gravity; and (3) knowing students responses of learning after usingthe Online Daily Testassessment instrument in the physics assessmentof Newton’s law of gravity. The method of research using Research and Development Method (R&D) with 4-D Models (Four-D Models). The results of this research have been 1) obtained Online Daily Testassessment instrument which is worthy and qualified content validity by expert judgements, and got empirical evidence based on trial is 12 items that fit with the RM and 7 item questionnaire that fit with PCM, has a reliability questions 0, 30 and questionnaires is 0.79, and has an index of dificulty of items ranging from -0.36 to 0.45; 2) the percentage of implementation of the Online Daily Test instrument assessment on Newton’s law of gravityincludes very high category is 15%, high 22%, moderate 26%, low 22%, and very low 15%; and 3) the percentage of students responses of learning in the category very high is 30%, high 22%, moderate 41%, low 4%, and very low 4%.Keywords: development of assessment instrument, Online Daily Test, mastery of the material, learning responses, Newton’s law of gravity
