STUDI PERBANDINGAN KUALITAS BUKU SEKOLAH ELEKTRONIK (BSE) DAN BUKU NON BSE FISIKA SMA KELAS X SEMESTER 1 DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KONSEP, PRINSIP, DAN BANTUAN PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN INSTRUMEN YANG MERUJUK SCIENCE TEXTBOOK RATING SYSTEM (STRS) QUALITY COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PHYSICS ELECTRONIC SCHOOL BOOK (BSE) AND NON-BSE BOOK FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF X GRADE IN TERM 1 VIEWED FROM THE ASPECTS OF CONCEPTS, PRINCIPLES AND LEARNING AID USING THE INSTRUMENT THAT REFERS SCIENCE TEXTBOOK RATING SYSTEM (STRS)

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas antara BSE dan non-BSE Fisika SMA kelas X semester 1 ditinjau dari aspek konsep, prinsip dan bantuan pembelajaran berdasarkan instrumen yang merujuk pada STRS. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang bersifat komparatif dengan subjek empat buku teks. Subjek buku dalam penelitian ini adalah satu BSE fisika yang ditulis oleh Joko Sumarsono dan tiga buku fisika non-BSE dengan penerbit berbeda yaitu, buku dari penerbit Erlangga yang tulis oleh Marthen Kanginan, buku dari penerbit Yudhistira yang ditulis oleh Bambang Ruwanto, dan buku dari penerbit Tiga Serangkai yang ditulis oleh Budi Purwanto. Penelitian ini menganalisis buku pada aspek konsep, prinsip, dan bantuan pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kualitas buku dari aspek konsep dan prinsip, serta bantuan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kualitas BSE dan buku non-BSE fisika dari aspek konsep dan prinsip, serta bantuan pembelajaran. Secara umum, buku non-BSE fisika lebih unggul daripada BSE fisika. Buku non-BSE fisika memuat materi yang lebih lengkap dan mendalam. Materi dalam BSE fisika kurang lengkap dan dipaparkan dengan ringkas. Bantuan pembelajaran buku fisika non-BSE lebih lengkap dan bervariasi.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know quality comparative between physics BSE and non-BSE for senior high school of X grade in term 1 viewed from the aspect of concepts, principles and learning aids using the instrument that refers to STRS. The used method is quantitative descriptive research with comparative. This study took the subject of four books. The four books were a physics BSE written by Joko Sumarsono and three books of physics of non-BSE with different publishers, i.e. book from the Erlangga publisher written by Marthen Kanginan, book from the Yudhistira publisher written by Bambang Ruwanto, and book from the Tiga Serangkai publisher written by Budi Purwanto. The obtained data from this study was the level of quality books on aspects of concepts, principles, and learning aid. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in the quality of physics BSE and non-BSE books on aspects of concepts, principles, and learning aid. Generally, physics non-BSE books were more superior than BSE. Physics non-BSE book contains more complete material and more profound than BSE. The physics BSE presents less complete material and briefer. Learning aid presented in the physics non-BSE was more complete and more varied.
