EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TGT DAN STAD DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dan Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis yang meliputi: (1) keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. (2) keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. (3) perbedaan keefektifan (jika ada) antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan Student STAD ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain Pretes-Posttest non equivalent Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. (2) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD tidak efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. (3) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT lebih efektif dibandingkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penarikan kesimpulan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji one sample t-test dan independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) based on critical thinking, including (1) effectiveness of cooperative learning model type TGT based on critical thinking. (2) effectiveness of cooperative learning model type STAD based on critical thinking. (3) which one that more effective between TGT and STAD based on critical thinking. The type of the research is quasi eksperimen model using pretest-posttest npn equivalent group design. The result of this research are (1) cooperative learning model type TGT is effective based on critical thinking (2) cooperative learning model type STAD is not effective based on critical thinking. (3) cooperative learning model type TGT is more effective than cooperative learning model type STAD based on critical thinking. The data analysis in this research is using one sample t-test and independent sample t-test with significance level of 0,05.
