THE INFLUENCE OF TH E STUDENT’S LEARNING INTEREST AND GRAMMAR MASTERY TO THEIR GERMAN WRITING SKILL OF THE GRADE X OF SMA NEGERI 1 TEMANGGUNG

Abstract


This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of interest in learning German to achievement learn writing skills German language learners class X SMA Negeri 1 Temanggung, (2) the effect of mastery gramatik German language to achievement learn writing skills German language learners class X SMA Negeri 1 Temanggung, and (3) the effect of the interest in learning the German language and grammatical mastery of the German language together to achievement learn writing skills German language learners class X SMA Negeri 1 Temanggung. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA N 1 Temanggung. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. This research is ex post facto. The data in this study were obtained using a questionnaire and tests. To test the validity of the instrument using the formula Pearson. Test the validity of each instrument is the content validity, construct validity and the validity of the items. Data analysis using product moment correlation and multiple regression. The results showed that the regression line is Y = -15.192 + 0,593X1 + 1,346X2. This means that (1) there is significant between interest in learning the skills to write in German, namely tcount = 4.358> ttable = 2.034, (2) there is significant between mastery grammar German language to writing skills German language learners, namely tcount = 4.291> ttable = 2.034, and (3) there is significant relationship between learning and mastery of the German language grammar the German language writing skills of participants, namely Fcount = 17.115 is greater than Ftable = 3,304.
