THE USE OF THE ANIMATION FLASH MACROMEDIA IN THE TEACHING OF GERMAN

Abstract


This research aims at (1) described the Implementation of animation Flash Macromedia in the learning of German speaking skill, and (2) delineating the strengths and weaknesses of the animation Flash Macromedia in the learning of German speaking skill. The steps of learning by using animation Flash Macromedia are as follow: (1) students asked to be in pair (2) example of dialogue given by the teacher (3) students asked to repeat the example of dialogue (4) students given chances to ask (5) the other students given chance to make dialogue using animation (6) students and teacher evaluate the dialogue training. Animation Flash Macromedia strengths are (1) easy to access (2) compability of ease (3) small size documents (4) interactive and interesting (5) flexible. The weaknesses of animation Flash Macromedia are (1) designing need more time (2) need audio dubbing (3) unfamiliar user interface (4) some school might had not enough facility.
