EFEKTIVITAS PERMAINAN FINGER PAINTING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL WARNA PADA ANAK TUNARUNGU KELAS II SD DI SLB WIYATA DHARMA IV GODEAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi tentang efektivitas permainan
finger painting terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna pada 2 (dua) orang anak tunarungu
kelas II SD di SLB Wiyata Dharma IV Godean. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Single Subject
Research (SSR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan
mengenal warna pada kedua subjek yang tampak dari naiknya rerata nilai hasil tes
selama 3 fase mulai dari baseline 1 (A1), Intervensi (B), hingga baseline 2 (A2). Pada
subjek R rerata nilai hasil tes yang diperoleh pada fase A1 sebesar 63,3%, B sebesar 80%,
A2 sebesar 88,3%. Adapun pada subjek I hasil yang diperoleh pada fase A1 sebesar 57%,
B sebesar 70%, dan A2 sebesar 77%. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa secara
keseluruhan permainan finger painting efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan
mengenal warna pada anak tunarungu berinisial R dan I di kelas II SD SLB Wiyata
Dharma IV Godean.

Abstract
This research’s purpose was to collect information on effectiveness of finger
painting game on ability to understand colors in 2 (two) deaf children Class II of Primary
School in Special School (SLB) of Wiyata Dharma IV Godean. This type of research is
Single Subject Research (SSR). The results of research indicate that ability to recognize
color increased in both subjects appearing from increasing mean value of test results
during 3 phases starting from 1 (A1), Intervention (B), until baseline 2 (A2). In Subject R,
mean value of test result obtained in phase A1 is 63.3%, B is 80% and A2 is 88,3%.
Meanwhile in Subject I, mean value of test result obtained in phase A1 is 57%, B is 70%
and A2 is 77%. From the results, it is known that, overall, the finger painting game is
effective to increase ability to recognize color in the deaf child with R and I initials in
Class II of Primary School of SLB Wiyata Dharma IV Godean.
