PENGARUH GABUNGAN LATIHAN KELENTUKAN POWER TERHADAP KELINCAHAN ATLET BOLA VOLI SELABORA PUTRA USIA 10-14 TAHUN

Abstrak
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gabungan latihan kelentukan dan power terhadap
kelincahan atlet bola voli Selabora putra usia 10-14  tahun.
Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest
Design. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet bola voli Selabora putra usia 10-14 tahun yang berjumlah 20 atlet dengan
kriteria (1) atlet merupakan atlet Selabora yang aktif mengikuti latihan, (2) atlet merupakan atlet putra, (3) rentang
usia 10-14 tahun. Bentuk latihan kelentukan dengan cium lutut dan kayang, bentuk latihan power dominan
kecepatan dengan lompat dan sprint. Instrumen tes kelentukan dengan lentuk togok, tes power menggunakan
vertical jump, tes kecepatan sprint 30 meter. Tes Kelincahan (agility) dengan suttle run. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan analisis uji t (paired sample t test).
Hasil analisis uji t pada data kelentukan, power, kecepatan, dan kelincahan diperoleh nilai p (0,000) < (0,05),
dan nilai mean pretest pada data kelentukan sebesar (32,07) dan posttest sebesar (33,17), sehingga mean different
(1,10), nilai mean pretest pada power sebesar (0,48) dan posttest sebesar (0,54), sehingga mean different (0,06),
nilai mean pretest pada kecepatan sebesar (4,85) dan posttest sebesar (4,57), sehingga mean different (0,28), ), nilai
mean pretest pada kelincahan sebesar (14,12) dan posttest sebesar (13,04), sehingga mean different (1,08). Dengan
demikian dari hasil uji t dan mean different dapat disimpulkan, ada Pengaruh Gabungan Latihan Kelentukan Power
Terhadap Kelincahan Atlet Bola Voli Selabora Putra Usia 10-14 Tahun.

THE COMBINATION EFFECT OF BODY FLEXIBILITY AND POWER TRAINING ON THE
AGILITY OF VOLLEYBALL MALE ATHLETES AGED 10-14 YEARS OF THE VOLLEYBALL
SCHOOL LABORATORY IN THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF YOGYAKARTA
 
 
ABSTRACT
 
This study is purposed to understand the combination effect of body flexibility and power training on the
agility of volleyball male athletes aged 10-14 years of the Volleyball School Laboratory in the State University of
Yogyakarta.
This study is an experimental research using One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design method. The subjects of
this study are 20 volleyball male athletes aged 10-14 years of the Volleyball School Laboratory in the State
University of Yogyakarta with the following criteria: (1) they are active athletes of the Volleyball School
Laboratory in the State University of Yogyakarta, (2) they are male athletes, and (3) they are 10-14 years old. The
training form of body flexibility is by kissing knees and brug, the training form of power is dominated by jump and
sprint speed. The test instrument of body flexibility is using back buckling shape; the power test is using vertical
jump; the speed test is using 30 meter sprint; and the agility test using shuttle run. The data analysis technique for
hypothesis test is using statistical paired-sample t-test.
The study result of paired-sample t-test analysis on the data of body flexibility, power, velocity and agility
is obtained p-value 0.000) < 0.05; the mean pretest value for body flexibility is 32.07 and its posttest is 33.17 so
that the mean different is 1.10; the mean pretest value for power is 0.48 and its posttest is 0.54 so that the mean
different is 0.06; the mean pretest value for speed is 4.85 and its posttest is 4.57 so that the mean different is 0.28;
the mean pretest value for agility is 14.12 and its posttest is 13.04 so that the mean different is 1.08. Thus, from the
results of t-test and the mean different, it can be concluded that there is a combination effect of body flexibility and
power training on the agility of volleyball male athletes aged 10-14 years of the Volleyball School Laboratory in
the State University of Yogyakarta.
