PENGARUH LATIHAN ABDOMINAL DAN PLANK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN LARI 100 METER DAN 400 METER ATLET PASI KABUPATEN KEBUMEN TREATMENT ABDOMINAL AND PLANK EXERCISE ON 100 METER AND 400 METER ABILITY RUNNING OF PASI KEBUMEN ATHLETES

Abstract


ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest and posttest design. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian treatment abdominal dan plank exercise terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter dan 400 meter atlet PASI Kabupaten Kebumen. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 9 atlet dari14 populasi atlet.  Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes. Sebelum diberikan treatment dilakukan pretest dan setelah treatment diberikan dilakukan posttest. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji t paired t-test(before-after). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya penurunan waktu tempuh lari 100 meter dan 400 meter atlet. Pada hasil t hitung lari 100 meter = 7,071 > t tabel = 2,306. Sedangkan nilai t hitung lari 400 meter = 8,406 > t tabel = 2,306 pada taraf signifikansi 5% sehingga tingkat kebermaknaan hipotesis nul (Ho) ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan latihan abdominal dan plank berpengaruh terhadap lari 100 meter dan 400 meter atlet PASI Kabupaten Kebumen.  Kata Kunci  :  abdominal, plank, circuit training, lari sprint.
ABSTRACT
This study is an experimental research that uses one group pretest and posttest design. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of giving treatment abdominal and plank exercise on 100 meter and 400 meter ability running of PASI Kebumen athletes. The number of samples in this study take 9 athletes out of 14 people populations.  Purposive sampling is a technique that has been used in this study. It used test for time collections too. Before they are given treatment, we take pretest first and after treatment been giving we take posttest time. To analysis the hypothesis test we used paired t-test (beforeafter). The results showed that there was a decrease of data test 100 meters and 400 meters of athletes. The 100 meters t count result is 7.071 > t table result is 2.306. While the t count result 400 meters is 8.406> t table is 2.306 at a significance level of 5% so the meaningful level of null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that abdominal and plank exercises affect the 100 meter and 400 meters time test of the PASI Kebumen athletes. Key word :  abdominal, plank, circuit training, sprint.
