Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas posisi awalan shooting dengan konsep triple threat position terhadap hasil shooting atlet bola basket SMA N 1 Klaten. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan authentic assesment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Klaten yang berjumlah 12 siswa laki-laki, diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Shooting dengan menggunakan konsep triple threat position menghasilkan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 45,98%. (2) Shooting tanpa menggunakan konsep triple threat position menghasilkan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 43,21%. (3) Dapat disimpulkan bahwa shooting dengan menggunakan konsep triple threat position memiliki persentase keberhasilan lebih baik daripada shooting tanpa konsep triple threat position.

Abstract This study aims to understand the effectiveness of the shooting starting position on the triple threat position concept towards the shooting results of SMA N 1 Klaten basketball athletes. This research type is a descriptive study. Method used in this study is a survey by data collection techniques using authentic assessment. The population used in this study were 12 basketball male extracurricular members of SMAN 1 Klaten, taken using total sampling technique. The data analysis using descriptive analysis is outlined in percentage form. The results showed that (1) Shooting by using the triple threat position concept resulted as a success percentage of 45,98%. (2) Shooting without appliying the triple threat position concept resulted as a success percentage of 43,21%. (3) It can be concluded that shooting by using triple threat position concept has better percentage of success than shooting without using triple threat position concept.
