Abstract


Abstrak Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh latihan shuttle run berubah arah terhadap kelincahan atlet bulutangkis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya nilai t sebesar -4,707 dengan signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 pada uji paired sample t test terhadap data pre-test dan post-test shuttle run berubah arah. 2) ada pengaruh latihan shuttle run konstan terhadap kelincahan atlet bulutangkis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya nilai t sebesar -2,714 dengan signifikansi hitung sebesar 0,024 < 0,05 pada uji paired sample t test terhadap data pre-test dan post-test shuttle run tetap. 3) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan shuttle run berubah arah dan konstan dalam peningkatan kelincahan atlet bulutangkis. Hal ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari nilai t sebesar 1,601 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,127 > 0,05 pada uji independent sample t test.

Abstract The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of the shuttle run exercise changing direction towards the agility of badminton athletes. This is evidenced by obtaining a t value of -4.707 with a calculated significance of 0.001 <0.05 on the paired sample t test on the pretest and post-test shuttle run data changing direction. 2) there is a constant effect of shuttle run training on the agility of badminton athletes. This is evidenced by obtaining a t value of 2,714 with a calculated significance of 0.024 <0.05 in the paired sample t test for the fixed pre-test and post-test shuttle run data. 3) there is no significant difference between shuttle run exercises changing direction and constant improvement in agility of badminton athletes. This is based on data obtained from the t value of 1.601 with a significance of 0.127> 0.05 in the independent sample t test.
