Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan drill smash depan dan belakang
garis serang terhadap keberhasilan smash open bola voli pada atlet yunior putri Yuso Kota
Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two group pretestposttest
design”.

pengambilan
sampel
menggunakan
purposive

kriteria
yaitu:

berusia
14-18

tahun,
(3)
bersedia
mengikuti
tes
awal,
treatment,
dan
tes
akhir,
(4)
sudah
melakukan
latihan
bola
voli
minimal 1 tahun, (5) memiliki tinggi badan minimal 155 cm. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang
memenuhi atlet berjumlah 10 atlet. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Shapiro Wilk test untuk
normalitas, homogenitas menggunakan Test of Homogenity of Variances, dan uji t untuk pengujian
hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan drill smash
depan dan belakang garis serang terhadap keberhasilan smash open bola voli pada atlet yunior putri
Yuso Kota Yogyakarta, dengan t hitung latihan drill smash depan 7.348 > t tabel 2.776 dan nilai
signifikan 0.002 < 0.05, latihan drill smash belakang t hitung 6.872 > t tabel 2.776 dan nilai signifikan
0.002 < 0.05. (2) latihan drill smash belakang secara signifikan tidak lebih efektif daripada latihan
drill smash depan terhadap keberhasilan smash open bola voli dengan sig. p 1.000 > 0.05, meskipun
ada selisih hasil skor posstest-pretest sebesar 1, lebih besar latihan drill smash depan.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of front and rear drill smash attack lines on the
success of smash open vollyball on junior athletes daughter Yuso Kota Yogyakarta. This study used
an experimental method with the design of "two group pretest-posttest design". The population in this
study was the Yuso junior volleyball female athlete in Yogyakarta City who was characterized as a
sample. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with criteria namely: (1) youth atlete
daughter Yuso Kota Yogyakarta, (2) athletes aged 14-18 years, (3) willing to take the pretest,
treatment, and posttest, (4) already doing volleyball training at least 1 year, (5) having a minimum
height of 155 cm. Based on these criteria that meet the athletes totaling 10 athletes. Data analysis
techniques use the Shapiro Wilk test for normality, homogeneity using the Test of Homogeneity of
Variances, and the t-test for testing hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that: (1) there is a
significant effect of front and rear drill smash attack lines on the success of smash open vollyball on
junior athletes daughter Yuso Kota Yogyakarta, with t count 7.348 front smash drill exercise > t table
2.776 and significant value 0.002 < 0.05, back drill smash t count 6.872 > t table 2.776 and a
significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. (2) rear smash drill practice is significantly no more effective than
front smash drill training for successful smash open volleyball with the sig. p 1.000 > 0.05, even
though there is a difference in the results of the posttest-pretest score of 1, greater front smash drill
practice.
