PENGEMBANGAN TEKNIK GERAK DASAR SENAM RITMIK RANGKAIAN FREEHAND BERBASIS AUDIOVISUAL UNTUK ANAK USIA 7-11 TAHUN

Abstract


Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk berupa teknik gerak dasar senam ritmik
rangkaian freehand berbasis audiovisual yang dapat digunakan sebagai metode baru dalam pembelajaran teknik
dasar dalam cabang olahraga senam ritmik untuk anak usia 7-11 tahun.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini
mengadaptasi dari langkah penelitian Sugiyono yang terdiri dari 13 langkah namun peneliti hanya mengadaptasi 10
langkah  sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini. Uji coba kelompok terbatas dilakukan terhadap 5 anak
latih senam ritmik, sedangkan uji coba lapangan utama dilakukan terhadap 10 anak latih senam ritmik di Selabora
FIK UNY. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket skala penilaian dan  lembar
evaluasi. Data hasil evaluasi berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif  dan kualitatif. Data yang bersifat kuantitatif berupa
penilaian yang dihimpun melalui angket atau kuesioner uji coba produk. Data yang bersifat kualitatif diperoleh
melalui kegiatan validasi ahli dan kegiatan uji coba yang berupa masukan, tanggapan serta kritik dan saran. Data
kuantitatif dianalisis dengan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penilaian yang diperoleh melalui validasi ahli dan
uji coba diolah dengan cara dipresentasekan. Hasil presentase tersebut kemudian ditafsirkan dengan kalimat yang
bersifat kualitatif.  
Penilaian kelayakan teknik gerak dasar senam ritmik rangkaian freehand berbasis audiovisual untuk anak
usia 7-11 tahun dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 93.75% (sangat sesuai) dan ahli media sebesar 88.89%
(sangat sesuai). Hasil uji coba lapangan utama sebesar 98.3% (sangat sesuai). Produk berupa media belajar
audiovisual untuk mendukung latihan senam ritmik usia 7-11 tahun. Produk tersusun atas satu rangkaian gerak
freehand dan gerak bagian (slowmotion) yang dilengkapi dengan keterangan. Pemilihan gerak dilakukan
berdasarkan Code of Point 2017-2020 dari FIG.

Abstract
This research aims to produce a product in the form of basic motion of rhythmic gymnastic by freehand
series of audiovisual-based which can be used as a new method in basic technique learning for children age 7-11
years.
The research method used was Research and Development. The research steps were adapted from
Sugiyono's study which consist of 13 steps. Even so, the researcher adapted only 10 from 13 steps based on the
purpose. A limited group trial was conducted on 5 children on rhythmic gymnastics training, while field trials were
conducted on 10 rhythmic gymnastics training children at Selabora, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State
University. Instruments used to collect the data were questionnaire of assessment scale and evaluation sheet. Data
evaluation results show in the form of descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative data were collected
through questionnaires or product trial questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive quantitative analysis, while the
qualitative data was obtained through expert validation activities and pilot activities in the form of inputs,
responses, criticisms and suggestions. The results of the assessment obtained through expert validation and testing
were processed by way of presenting. The percentage results were then interpreted with qualitative sentences.
Feasibility assessment of basic motion of rhythmic gymnastics by freehand series of audiovisual-based for
children age 7-11 years can be seen from the validation of material experts of 93.75% (very appropriate) and media
experts of 88.89% (very appropriate). The main field trial results obtain an assessment of 98.3% (very appropriate).
Product in the form of audiovisual learning media is used to support rhythmic gymnastics exercise age 7-11 years.
The product is constructed with a series of freehand and part motion (slow motion) with annotations. The selection
of motion is based on Code of Point 2017-2020 from FIG.
