Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pola hidup anak yang cenderung kurang aktif dalam
beraktivitas berhubungan dengan gerak tubuh karena dampak yang timbul karena perkembangan
IPTEKS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Teknologi dan Seni) dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran
pendidikan jasmani serta belum diketahui kemampuan motorik peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri
Ambalkebrek, Kecamatan Ambal, Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
deskriptif menggunakan metode survai dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan tes.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri Ambalkebrek, Kecamatan
Ambal, Kabupaten Kebumen berkategori yang berjumlah 24 orang, Instrumen dan teknik
pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes Tes Shuttle Run 4 x 10 meter, Tes lempar
tangkap bola jarak 1 meter dengan tembok, Tes Stork Stand Position Balance, Tes lari cepat 30 meter.
Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase
kemampuan motorik peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri Ambalkebrek, Kecamatan Ambal, Kabupaten
Kebumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik peserta didik kelas V di SD
Negeri Ambalkebrek, Kecamatan Ambal, Kabupaten Kebumen berkategori baik, sedang, kurang.
Secara rinci, sebanyak 1 orang (4,17%) mempunyai kemampuan motorik baik sekali, 9 orang
(37,50%) mempunyai kemampuan motorik baik, 6 orang (25,00%) mempunyai kemampuan motorik
sedang, 7 orang (29,17%) mempunyai kemampuan motorik kurang, 1 orang (4,17%) mempunyai
kemampuan motorik kurang sekali.

Abstract
This research was motivated by the lifestyle of the students who seemed to be less active in
activities associated with the motion of the body because of the effects from the development of
science and technology (Science Technology and the Arts) and the lack of facilities and infrastructure
of teaching Physical Education as well as unknown motor ability of the fifth grade students from SD
Negeri Ambalkebrek country, Ambal, Kebumen. This research was a descriptive study using survey
and the data collection techniques employed some tests. The population was the fifth grade students
from SD Negeri Ambalkebrek, Ambal, Kebumen with the total of 24 students, the instruments and the
data collection techniques were using the test of Shuttle Run 4 x 10 meters, test of throwing and
catching the ball at a distance of 1 meter with walls, Stork Stand Position Balance test, 30 meter
sprint test. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis elaborated in the form of a
percentage for the motor ability of the fifth grade students from SD Negeri Ambalkebrek, Ambal,
Kebumen. The results showed that the motor ability of the fifth grade students from SD Negeri
Ambalkebrek, Ambal, Kebumen was categorized good, moderate, and poor. In detail, as many as 1
student (4.17%) was in a very good motor ability, 9 students (37.50%) were in a good motor ability, 6
students (25.00%) classified in a moderate motor ability, 7 students (29.17 %) belonged to a poor
motor ability, 1 student (4.17%) was in the very poor motor ability.
