Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Minat siswa kelas V dan VI SD Negeri Beji
Wates Kulon Progo terhadap pembelajaran senam irama.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey,
sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V
dan VI SD Negeri Beji Wates Kulon Progo. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 63 siswa kelas V dan VI SD Negeri
Beji. Teknik analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa kelas V dan VI SD Negeri Beji Wates Kulon Progo
terhadap pembelajaran senam irama berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 4,76% (3 siswa), kategori
“rendah” 20,63% (13 siswa), kategori “sedang” 36,52% (23 siswa), kategori “tinggi” 26,98% (17 siswa), dan
kategori “sangat tinggi” 11,11% (7 siswa). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat SD Negeri Beji Wates
Kulon Progo terhadap pembelajaran senam irama berada pada kategori “sedang”.

The research aims at finding out how much the interest of Grade V and VI students in SD Negeri
(State Elementary School) Beji Wates Kulon Progo on rhythmic gymnastics learning is.
The method used in the research was descriptive quantitative with survey method, while data collection
technique used questionnaire. The population in this research were Grade V and VI students in SD Negeri Beji
Wates Kulon Progo. The research samples were 63 Grade V and VI students of SD Negeri Beji. The research
analysis technique applied was descriptive quantitative statistics.
The research results show that the interest of Grade V and VI students in SD Negeri Beji Wates Kulon
Progo on rhythmic gymnastics learning is in; the "very low" category 4.76% (3 students), the "low" category
20.63% (13 students), the "medium" category 36.52% (23 students), in "high" category 26.98% (17 students),
and the "very high" category 11.11% (7 students). Thus, it can be concluded that the interest of Grade V and VI
students in SD Negeri Beji Wates Kulon Progo on rhythmic gymnastics learning is in the "medium" category.
