basketputra SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta.
skala skala 11 (ringan) sebesar 7,7%, skala 13 (sedang) sebesar 30,8%, skala 15 (berat) sebesar 53,8%, skala
17 (sangat berat) sebesar 7,7%.
sebesar 53,8%, skala 17 sebesar 7,7%.
Kata kunci: persepsi kelelahan, V02Max, multistage fitness test, dan yo-yo intermittend recovery test.
ATHLETE S PERCEPTION ON THE FATIGUE LEVEL IN MULTISTAGE FITNESS TEST AND
YO-YO INTERMITTEND RECOVERY TEST FOUND IN MEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM OF SMA
NEGERI 4 YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research is inspired by the development of test and measurement, especially on multistage
fitness test and yo-yo intermittent recovery test which can be seen in its effectiveness and the receiving level
based on the perception of fatigue level for these two tests. The objective of the study is to find out the
athlete's perception on the fatigue level in the multistage fitness test and yo-yo intermittent recovery test
found in men s basketball team of SMAN 4 Yogyakarta. This study was a descriptive study with the
percentage of survey methods and the data collection techniques employed test and measurement. The
subjects in this study were the men's basketball team members of SMAN 4 Yogyakarta, for about 13
athletes. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis elaborated in the form of a percentage,
divided into 15 scales of RPE (Rating of perceived exertion) and 6 categories in V02max norms. The results
show that the athlete's perception on the fatigue level in the multistage fitness test and yo-yo intermittent
recovery test in men's basketball team of SMAN 4 Yogyakarta is as follows; fatigue perception index of the
cardiorespiratory endurance test in multistage fitness test methods which is in the scale of 11 (mild) is at
7.7%, in the scale of 13 (medium) is at 30.8%, in the scale of 15 (severe) is at 53.8%, in the scale of 17 (very
severe) is at 7.7%. Then the fatigue perception index for cardiorespiratory endurance test methods through
yo-yo intermittent recovery test is in the scale of 13 (medium) at 38.4%, in the scale of 15 is at 53.8%, in the
scale of 17 at 7.7%.
