MINAT KARYAWAN RS BETHESDA UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN FASILITAS OLAHRAGA DI GYM AND AEROBIC RS BETHESDA

Abstrak
Fasilitas gym dan aerobic di rumah sakit Bethesda belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh
karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat karyawan rumah sakit Bethesda untuk
menggunakan fasilitas olahraga di Gym and Aerobic rumah sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan
data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di RS Bethesda Yogyakarta
yang berjumlah 270 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan
hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat karyawan rumah sakit Bethesda untuk
menggunakan fasilitas olahraga di Gym and Aerobic rumah sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta berada pada
kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 1,89% (4 orang), “rendah” sebesar 34,91% (74 orang), “sedang”
sebesar 33,96% (72 orang), “tinggi” sebesar 22,17% (47 orang), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 7,08%
(15 orang).

Abstract
Gym and Aerobic facility in Bethesda Hospital is not well utilized yet for the employees. The
objective of this research is to understand the interest of Bethesda’s employees towards using of Gym
and Aerobic sport facility in Bethesda Hospital, Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive research.
Data collecting technique used is a survey by using questionnaire. Population of this research is the
employees of Bethesda Hospital, Yogyakarta which are 270 people. The instrument used is a
questionnaire. Data analyzing technique used is a descriptive-quantitative analysis presented in the
form of the percentage. As a result, this research concludes that the interest of Bethesda’s employees
towards using of Gym and Aerobic sport Facility in Bethesda Hospital, Yogyakarta can be described
into several categories which are “very low” of 1,89% (4 people), “low” of 34,91% (74 people),
“medium” of 33,96% (72 people), “high” of 22,17% (47 people), and “very high” of 7,08% (15
people).
