PENGARUH DURASI PEMANASAN (SPESIFIC WARM UP) TERHADAP CATATAN WAKTU LARI 100 METER SISWA SMKN 1 NGABLAK

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh durasi pemanasan terhadap catatan waktu
lari 100 meter. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu two group prettest posttest design, dengan
instrumen pengukuran catatan waktu lari 100 meter. Penelitian diikuti sebanyak 14 siswa yang aktif
mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga, dibagi menjadi kelompok durasi spesific warm-up 10 menit dan
Spesific warm-up 20 menit. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dengan uji t. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh spesific warm up 10 menit maupun 20 menit terhadap
catatan waktu lari 100 meter. Akan tetapi berdasarkan, perbandingan mean defference pada durasi
spesific warm-up 10 menit dan 20 menit diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 yang berarti durasi
spesific warm up 10 menit lebih baik untuk diterapkan pada cabang lari 100 meter.

ABSTRACT
 
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the duration of warm-up on the
record of 100 meters running time. This study is a quasi-experimental two group pretest posttest
design, with an instrument measuring 100 meters running time. The study followed by 14 students who
actively followed the extracurricular sport, divided into 10 minute specific warm-up group and 20
minutes Specific warm-up. Data analysis techniques using statistical tests with t test. The results
showed that there was a specific effect of 10 minutes and 20 minutes warm up on 100 meter run time
record. However, based on a comparison of mean defference at a specific duration of 10 minutes
warm-up and 20 minutes, a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 was obtained which means that the
specific duration of 10-minute warm-up is better for 100 meter run branch.
