PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN REMBANG KABUPATEN REMBANG

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang; (2) Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang; (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Subyek penelitian adalah semua guru SD Negeri yang berstatus sebagai PNS aktif se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang dengan jumlah populasi 485 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 217 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Selanjutnya uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas. Kemudian uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang sebesar 26,79%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang sebesar 30,21%; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang sebesar 57,00%.

THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE IN REMBANG SUBDISTRICT, REMBANG REGENCY
Abstract
This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of work motivation on Elementary School teacher’s performance in Rembang Subdistrict; (2) the effect of organizational climate on Elementary School teacher’s performance in Rembang Subdistrict; and (3) the effect of work motivation and organizational climate on Elementary School teacher’s performance in Rembang Subdistrict. It is a quantitative with survey method research. Subjects were all 485 active civil servant primary school teacher’s in Rembang Subdistrict. sampling technique using Proportionate simple random sampling. The number of samples used were 217 teacher’s. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument test using validity and reliability testing. Requirements analysis test using data normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test. Hypotheses test using multiple regression. The results showed: (1) there is a positive and significant impact between work motivation on primary school teacher’s performance in Rembang Subdistrict by 26.79%, (2) there is a positive and significant impact between organizational climate on primary school teacher’s performance in Rembang Subdistrict by 30.21%, (3) ) there is a positive and significant impact between work motivation and organizational climate on primary school teacher’s performance in Rembang Subdistrict by 57.00%.
