Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) perencanaan pelayanan sirkulasi
perpustakaan di perpustakaan Universitas Muria Kudus, (2) Pelaksanaan pelayanan sirkulasi
perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Universitas Muria Kudus, dan (3) pengawasan pelayanan sirkulasi
perpustakaaan di Perpustakaan Universitas Muria Kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kualitatif deskriptif. . Subyek penelitiannya yaitu Kepala perpustakaan dan staf bagian layanan
pemustaka, dengan instrumen wawancara, dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
sebagai berikut : (1) Perencanaan pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Muria Kudus
berjalan dengan baik dapat dilihat bahwa perencanaan pelayanan perpustakaan di Universitas Muria
Kudus mengacu pada standar pelayanan minimum. (2) pelaksanaan pelayanan sirkulasi
perpustakaan di Universitas Muria Kudus menggunakan sistem terbuka dan sudah menggunakan
sistem otomasi yaitu menggunakan gtPustaka. (3) pengawasan pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan di
perpustakaan Universitas Muria Kudus dilakukan oleh staf bagian layanan pemustaka, dan setiap
dua bulan sekali dilakukan rapat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada.

Abstract
This research aims to determine: 1. Planning library circulation services in the university library of
Muria Kudus. 2. Implementation of library circulation services in the university library of Muria
Kudus, and 3. Supervision of library circulation services in the university library of Muria Kudus. This
research is a qualitative descriptive. The subject of his research is the head librarian and the staff of
the librarian services, with instruments interviews, documents and observations. The results showed
as follows: 1. Planning library circulation services in the university library of Muria Kudus goes well, it
can be seen that the planning of library services in the university library of Muria kudus been
referring to minimum service standards. 2. Implementation of library circulation services in the
University library of Muria Kudus using an open system and have been using the automation system
using gtPustaka. 3. Supervision of university library circulation services in the University library of
Muria Kudus done by the staff of the librarian services and bimonthly meetings held to resolve the
existing problems
