PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TEKNIK MAKE A MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS KELAS III DI SD NEGERI POGUNG KIDUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa saat diterapkan pembelajaran menggunakan
model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik make a match pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis n Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas III di SD Negeri
Pogung Kidul yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes (pre test dan
post test), metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.
Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah jika ada 75% atau lebih dari jumlah siswa yang sudah tuntas
sesuai dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada mata pelajaran IPS yaitu 71. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa siklus I pada pre test jumlah siswa yang tuntas ada tiga siswa, jika dipersentasekan adalah 12
% dari jumlah siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 48,8. Kemudian, pada post test jumlah siswa yang tuntas ada 18 siswa,
jika dipersentasekan adalah 72% dari jumlah siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 76,0. Persentase peningkatan pre test ke
post test pada siklus I adalah 60%. Pada siklus II, hasil pre test menunjukkan jumlah siswa yang tuntas ada dua
siswa, jika dipersentasekan adalah 8 % dari jumlah siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 47,8. Kemudian, pada post test
menunjukkan jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 25 siswa, jika dipersentasekan adalah 100% dari jumlah siswa
dengan nilai rata-rata 85,2. Persentase peningkatan pre test ke post test pada siklus II adalah 92%. Dari hasil
beberapa analisis tersebut, maka dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif
teknik make a match dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS

Abstract
This study aims to enhance students' understanding when applied learning using cooperative learning
techniques make a match on the subject IPS. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) n Mc Kemmis
models. Taggart. The subjects are grade X students at SD Negeri Pogung Kidul with a total of 25 students 25
students. Data collection techniques used were testing (pre-test and post-test), observation, and documentation.
The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Criteria for success in this study was 75% and
more the number of students who completed and conducted in accordance with the minimum completeness criteria
(KKM) in subject IPS is 71. The results showed the first cycle in the pre test shows the number of students who
completed three students. if the percent is 12% of the number of students with an average value of 48.8. Then the
post test by the number of students who completed is 18 students, if the percent is 72% of the number of students
with an average value of 76.0. The percentage increase in pre-test to post-test in the second cycle is 60%. In the
second cycle,in the pre test shows the number of students who completed two students. if the percent is 8% of the
number of students with an average value of 47.8. Then the post test by the number of students who completed is
25 students, if the percent is 100% of the number of students with an average value of 85,2 The percentage increase
in pre-test to post-test in the second cycle is 92%. From the result of the analysis, so the results showed that the
application of the cooperative learing technique make a match can enhance students' understanding on subjects ips
