PEMAHAMAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE KECAMATAN DEPOK TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru sekolah dasar negeri se Kecamatan Depok terhadap kompetensi pedagogi melalui 7 indikator yaitu: 1) pemahaman karakteristik peserta didik, 2) menguasai teori belajar dan prisip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik, 3) pengembangan kurikulum, 4) kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik, 5) pengembangan potensi peserta didik, 6) komunikasi dengan peserta didik, 7) penilain dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan instrument angket. Pengujian angket menggunakan uji validitas isi dan uji reliabilitas. Uji reliabilitas menggunkan Rumus Spearman-Brown dengan teknik belah dua ganjil-genap (0,7568) dan awal akhir (0,8162) dikonsultasikan dengan tabel r Product Moment. Dengan kesalahan 5% (0,632) dan 1% (0,765). Maka uji reliabilitas menunjukan 𝑟11> 𝑟𝑡,. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman guru sekolah dasar negeri se-Kecamatan Depok terhadap kompetensi pedagogi dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan mean sebesar 126,207.

Abstract
This research aims to describe the comprehension of elementary school teacher in Depok Subdistrict toward the pedagogical competence, used 7 indicators as: 1) the awareness of students’ characteristic, 2) skillful in learning theory and the principles of learning that educated, 3) curriculum development, 4) learning activities that educated, 5) the development of students’ potential, 6) communication with students, 7) assessment and evaluation. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive research with data collection using questionnaire instruments. Questionnaire testing uses content validity and reliability testing. The reliability test uses the Spearman-Brown Formula with the two-odd-even split technique (0.7568) and the final beginning (0.8162) consulted with the r Product Moment table. With an error of 5% (0.632) and 1% (0.765). Then the reliability test shows 𝑟11> 𝑟𝑡,. The result of the study show that the comprehension of public elementary school teachers in the Depok sub-district towards pedagogical competence is in very high category. This can be proven by the result of the mean is 126.20.
