Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan penggunaan media batang perkalian terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran matematika materi perkalian siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar se-Gugus Baturetno Banguntapan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pretest posttest control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD N I Wiyoro Baturetno sebanyak 21 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Kalangan sebanyak 21 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Independent T Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penggunaan media batang perkalian (bekal) terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran matematika materi perkalian Siswa Kelas IV di SD N I Wiyoro Baturetno Banguntapan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata postest pada kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari pada nilai rata-rata pretest pada kelas kontrol (80,48>67,86).

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of media use of multiplication rods on the learning of mathematics subjects multiplication material of fourth grade students in Basic School As A Baturetno Banguntapan Class. This research is a quasi-experimental research with pretest posttest control group design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. The sample of the research is the fourth grade students of SD N I Wiyoro Baturetno as many as 21 students as experiment class and fourth grader of SD Muhammadiyah Kalangan as many as 21 students as control class. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis technique using Independent T Test. The results showed that there is influence of the use of multiplication bar media (stock) to the learning result of mathematics mathematics material of students of Class IV in SD N I Wiyoro Baturetno Banguntapan. This is shown from the significance of 0.000 <0.05. The result of data analysis in the experimental class is known that the postest average value is greater than the pretest average value (80,48>67.86) in the control class.
