EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN FASILITASI BELAJAR PADA PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF DI SD NEGERI 1 TRIRENGGO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan fasilitasi belajar pada program pendidikan inklusif di SD Negeri 1 Trirenggo.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis evaluasi dengan model descrepancy dan metode penelitian survey. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Trirenggo dalam rentang waktu 23 April sampai dengan 12 Mei 2018. Objek evaluasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi data. Teknik analisis data dengan menghitung nilai presentase capaian standar efektifitas, kemudian membandingkannya dengan tabel kriteria efektifitas pengelolaan fasilitasi belajar.
Hasil penelitian evaluasi ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan fasilitasi belajar pada program pendidikan inklusif di SD Negeri 1 Trirenggo cukup efektif yaitu memenuhi 50% kriteria standar pegelolaan fasilitasi belajar. (2) Pelaksanaan fasilitasi belajar pada program pendidikan inklusif di SD Negeri 1 Trirenggo sangat efektif yaitu memenuhi 100% kriteria standar pengelolaan fasilitasi belajar.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of planning and implementation of learning facility in inclusive education program in State Elementary School 1 Trirenggo.
This is an evaluation research with discrepancy model and survey research method. The study was performed in State Elementary Schoo1 Trirenggo from 23 April to 12 May 2018. The evaluation objects in this study were referring to principal, teachers and Special Assistant Teachers. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and document analysis. Data validity used was data triangulation. Data analysis technique used calculating of percentage value of the effectiveness standard, then comparing it to the criteria table for the effectiveness of learning facility management.
The results of this evaluation research are: (1) The planning of learning facility in the inclusive education program in State Elementary School 1 Trirenggo is effective enough that is meet 50% standard criteria for learning facility management. (2) The implementation of learning facility in the inclusive education program in State Elementary School 1 Trirenggo is very effective that is meet 100% standard criteria for learning facility management.
