KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DASAR SE-KECAMATAN KRATON YOGYAKARTA

Abstract



Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional pada
kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Kraton Yogyakarta, yang dilihat dari indikator
kharisma (idealized influence), kepekaan individu (individualized consideration), stimulasi
intelektual (intelellectual stimulation), dan inspirasi individu (inspirational motivation).
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian
adalah kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Kraton Yogyakarta dan responden penelitian
ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Kraton Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan
data menggunakan metode angket dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Analisis data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan
bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Kraton
Yogyakarta masuk dalam kategori tinggi (75,66%). Dilihat per indikator kepemimpinan
transformasional kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Kraton Yogyakarta adalah sebagai
berikut. (1) kharisma masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi (81,90%), (2) kepekaan individu
masuk dalam kategori tinggi (76,63%), (3) stimulasi intelektual masuk dalam kategori
tinggi (74,51%), (4) inspirasi individu masuk dalam kategori tinggi (68,40%).

HEADMASTER'S TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL AT KRATON SUB DISTRICT OF YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research aims to determine the principal's transformational leadership on
elementary school of a Kraton sub district, as seen from the indicators of idealized
influence, individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational
motivation. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with the subject the
research is elementary school principal at Kraton Sub District of Yogyakarta and the
research's respondents were primary school teachers across a district Kraton Yogyakarta.
Data collection using questionnaires and unstructured interviews. Analysis of the data
used in a descriptive research with percentages. The results showed that transformational
leadership as head of the elementary school district Kraton in the high category (75.66%).
Visits per indicator elementary school principal transformational leadership as Kraton
district are as follows. (1) charisma into the category of very high (81.90%), (2) individual
concideration in the high category (76.63%), (3) intellectual stimulation in the high
category (74.51%), (4 ) inspirational motivation in the high category (68.40%).
