PENGARUH PENYELENGGARAAN MGMP TIK DAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU TIK SMP SE- KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Penyelenggaraan
MGMP TIK terhadap Kinerja Guru, (2) Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja
Guru, (3) Pengaruh Penyelenggaraan MGMP TIK dan Partisipasi Anggota terhadap
Kinerja Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan
dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik
analisis statistik regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh
positif dan signifikan penyelenggaraan MGMP TIK terhadap kinerja guru dengan
koefisien korelasi (10,036> 3,960) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0, 113. (2) Terdapat
Pengaruh positif dan signifikan partisipasi anggota terhadap kinerja guru dengan
koefisien korelasi (14,207> 3,960) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0, 152. (3) Terdapat
pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penyelenggaraan MGMP TIK dan partisipasi
anggota secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi (12,179
>3,110). Sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 23, 8% yang berarti 76, 2% kinerja guru
dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine (1) Effect of Implementation of the Teacher
Performance MGMP ICT, (2) Effect on Teacher Performance Member Participation, (3)
Effect of ICT Implementation and Participation MGMP Members of the Teacher
Performance. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires, observation and
documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression
statistical analysis techniques. These results indicate: (1) There is a positive and
significant impact on the performance of the implementation MGMP ICT teacher with a
correlation coefficient (10.036> 3.960) and the coefficient of determination of 0, 113. (2)
There is a positive and significant effect of the participation of members of the teachers'
performance with a correlation coefficient (14.207> 3.960) and the coefficient of
determination of 0, 152. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between ICT
and participation MGMP holding members together on teacher performance with a
correlation coefficient (12.179> 3.110). Donations effectiveness by 23, 8%, which means
76, 2% of a teacher's performance is influenced by other variables.
