KESIAPAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI DALAM MENERAPKAN PEMBELAJARAN ORGANISASIONAL UNTUK MEMBANGUN ORGANISASI PEMBELAJAR DI DIY

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kesiapan penerapan praktik pembelajaran organisasional dalam membangun organisasi pembelajar pada SMK Negeri di DIY, (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan praktik-praktik pembelajaran organisasional dalam membangun organisasi pembelajar pada SMK Negeri di DIY. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Uji validitas menggunakan expert judgment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kesiapan penerapan pembelajaran organisasional pada SMK Negeri di DIY, yaitu: kesiapan aspek pembelajaran dikategorikan “baik”, kesiapan aspek organisasi dikategorikan “baik”, kesiapan aspek manusia/SDM dikategorikan “baik”, kesiapan aspek pengetahuan dikategorikan “baik”, dan kesiapan aspek teknologi dikategorikan “sangat baik”, (2) faktor pendukung penerapan praktik pembelajaran organisasional pada SMK Negeri di DIY adalah sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, hubungan sekolah dengan supliers terjalin baik, dan susunan struktur kepengurusan SMK yang baik, faktor penghambat adalah terbatasnya waktu yang dimiliki guru-guru, kurangnya inisaiatif , dan kendala dana.

Abstract
This research aimed to find out: (1) implementation the preparation of organizational learning practice in building learning organization at Vocational High School (VHS) in DIY, (2) supporting factors and preventing factors the implementation of organizational learning practices in building a learning organization at VHS in DIY. This research was a descriptive research as a method with survey approach. Validity test of the research used expert judgment and reliability test of the research used Alpha Cronbach. Data analyzing technique in this analysis used descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative. The results of this research were: (1) implementation the preparation of organizational learning practice in building a learning organization at VHS in DIY: implementation in learning aspect was categorized “good”, implementation in organizational aspect was categorized “good”, implementation in human aspect was categorized “good”, implementation in the knowledge aspect was categorized “good”, and the implementation in technology aspect was categorized “very good”, (2) supporting factors were adequate facilities and infrastructures in support the creation of organizational learning, school relationship with suppliers already good, and the structure of the schools is good, preventing factors were the limited time teachers have, the lack of individuals’ initiative, and limited financial support.
