EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN) SISWA DI SMK TAMANSISWA JETIS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Evaluasi Konteks (kebutuhan Prakerin), (2) Evaluasi Input (kesiapan kerja siswa dan kesiapan guru pembimbing), (3) Evaluasi Proses (kinerja siswa dan kinerja guru pembimbing), (4) Evaluasi Produk (kemanfaatan Prakerin). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi program dengan metode Context-Input-Process-Product (CIPP). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Uji validitas isi menggunakan metode Expert Judgement dan uji validitas konstruk dianalisis menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Uji reliabilitas dianalisis menggunakan rumus koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Evaluasi Konteks dikategorikan baik. (2) Evaluasi Input dikategorikan baik. (3) Evaluasi Proses dikategorikan baik. (4) Evaluasi Produk dikategorikan sangat baik, sehingga hal tersebut sejalan dengan nilai Prakerin siswa SMK Tamasiswa Jetis yang dikategorikan baik.

Abstract
This research aimed to find out: (1) Context Evaluation (needs of Industrial Work Practice), (2) Input Evaluation (readiness of student to work and readiness of supervising teacher), (3) Process Evaluation (performance of student and performance of supervising teacher), (4) Product Evaluation (benefit of Industrial Work Practice). This research was a program evaluation research with Context-Input-Process-Product (CIPP) method. Data collecting methods used were documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Content validity test used was Expert Judgement method while construct validity test was analyzed using Product Moment correlation formula from Karl Pearson. Reliability test was analyzed using Alpha Cronbach coefficient formula. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The results of this research were: (1) Context Evaluation was categorized good. (2) Input Evaluation was categorized good. (3) Process Evaluation was categorized good. (4) Product Evaluation was categorized very good, thus this was in line with the value of students Industrial Work Practice in Tamansiswa Jetis Vocational High School which was categorized good.
