PENGEMBANGAN TRAINER-KIT UNTUK MATA PELAJARAN INSTALASI MOTOR LISTRIK KELAS XII DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan dan unjuk kerja Trainer-Kit Instalasi Motor Listrik berdasarkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan menggunakan konsep ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) menurut Robert Maribe Branch. Penelitian dan pengembangan Trainer-Kit Instalasi Motor Listrik tersebut dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dengan skala likert 4, validitas instrumen dilakukan secara expert judgement, dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rerata skor yang kemudian dikonversikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa Trainer-Kit Instalsi Motor Listrik yang dapat menarik perhatian dan mempermudah pemahaman peserta didik. (2) Tingkat kelayakan menurut ahli materi dengan skor sebesar 3.34 dalam kategori “SANGAT LAYAK”. (3)Tingkat kelayakan menurut ahli media dengan skor sebesar 3.50 dalam kategori “SANGAT LAYAK”. (4) Tingkat kelayakan menurut pengguna dengan skor sebesar 3.26 dalam kategori “SANGAT LAYAK”. (5) Unjuk kerja menunjukan bahwa Trainer-Kit Instalasi Motor Listrik dapat mengoperasikan 13 job kendali motor 3 fasa yang ada dalam jobsheet.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to 1) develop, 2) assess the performance, and 3) determine the  feasibility of Electric Motor Trainer-Kit based on opinion from matter experts, media experts, and users. Research and development were conducted by using the concept of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) by Robert Maribe Branch. Both research and development stage were conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The instrument used was a set of questionnare with a Likert scale of 4, the validity of instrument was verified by expert judgement, and reliability of instrument was based on Alpha formula. Data analysis was presented in average score which later converted. The results of this study are: (1) The development of instructional media in the form of Electric Motor Trainer-Kit appealed and facilitated the understanding of students. (2) According to subject experts, the level of feasibility is 3.34 classified highly feasible. (3) According to media experts, the level of feasibility is 3.50 classified highly feasible. (4) According to users, the level of feasibility is 3.26 classified highly feasible. (5) The performance shows that Electric Motor Trainer-Kit can work on 13 jobs of three-phase motor control in jobsheets.
