EVALUASI SISTEM PENILAIAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK INSTALASI PEMANFAATAN TENAGA LISTRIK DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem penilaian hasil belajar pada pelajaran peminatan kelompok C program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada aspek (1) perencanaan penilaian, (2) pelaksanaan dan pengolahan penilaian, serta (3) tindak lanjut dan pelaporan penilaian. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X dan IX program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik SMK Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan metode Countenance Stake. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) Aspek perencanaan penilaian (antecedents) menurut guru masuk kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 69 dari skor tertinggi ideal 92, dan menurut siswa termasuk kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 9 dari skor tertinggi ideal 12, (2) Aspek pelaksanaan dan pengolahan penilaian (transactions) menurut guru masuk kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 55 dari skor tertinggi ideal 72, dan menurut siswa masuk kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 57,9 dari skor tertinggi ideal 72, serta (3) Aspek tindak lanjut dan pelaporan penilaian (outcomes) menurut guru masuk kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 26 dari skor tertinggi ideal 36, dan menurut siswa masuk kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 17,1 dari skor tertinggi ideal 20.

Abstract
This study aims to determine learning outcomes assessment system of group C at Electrical Installation Engineering program of Vocational High School in Kulon Progo Regency on the implementation of curriculum 2013 in aspects : (1) assessment planning, (2) the implementation and processing of assessment, and (3) follow-up and reporting of assessment. The study was conducted at class X and XI of Electrical Installation Engineering program of Vocational High School in Kulon Progo that has implemented curriculum 2013. This study is an evaluation study using Stake Countenance methode. The survey results reveal that (1) according to teachers, assessment planning (antecedents) was categorized good with average score 69 out of 92, while according to students, it was categorized good with average score 9 out of 12 ,(2) according to teachers,the implementation and processing of assessment (transactions) was categorized good with average score 55 out of 72, while according to students, it was categorized good with average score average score 57.9 out of 72, and (3) according to teachers, follow-up and reporting of assessment (outcomes) was categorized good with average score 26 out of 36, whereas according to students, it was categorized as very good with average score 17.1 out of 20.
