PENGEMBANGAN BALANCED SCORECARD UNTUK PENGUKURAN KINERJA ORGANISASI BERDASARKAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DALAM LAYANAN AKADEMIK DI FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Abstract
The goals of this research were: (1) to develop Android-based learning media of application of basic electricity concept and electronic subject, and (2) to know the feasibility of learning media. This study was research and development. The development model that used was the development of ADDIE (Analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation). The study was conducted in SMK 1 Pleret. The technique of collecting data was carried out using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this research were: (1) learning media product consisted of seven sub applications: the opening pages, home, syllabus, materials, evaluation, help, and about. (2) the results of feasibillity test of the product by material experts obtained a mean score of 64 and classified as "highly feasible", feasibility by media experts obtained a mean score of 54 and classified as "highly feasible", feasibility test by students in small scale trial, 20% stated that product was sufficiently feasible and 80% stated it was feasible, while in big scale trials, 69% stated that product was feasible and 31% stated it was highly feasible.
