PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM NAVIGASI ROBOT DENGAN THREE OMNI-DIRECTIONAL WHEELS SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATA KULIAH ROBOTIKA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Unjuk kerja robot three omni directional wheels sebagai pembelajaran sistem navigasi robot pada mata kuliah robotika, (2) Tingkat kelayakan robot three omni directional wheels sebagai pembelajaran sistem navigasi robot pada mata kuliah robotika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) Unjuk kerja robot three omni directional wheels secara fungsional menu dan perangkat yang digunakan didapatkan hasil 100%, dikategorikan “sangat baik. Robot dapat berputar sesuai perintah dengan persentase error rata – rata 0,6% pada kecepatan putar 35 RPM. Robot diuji untuk bergerak menuju arah sudut yang diperintahkan tanpa merubah orientasinya (heading) sejauh 150cm didapatkan persentase error rata – rata sebesar 1,37% pada kecepatan 80 RPM. Robot bergerak menuju titik koordinat posisi yang diperintahkan dalam X, Y, theta (heading), mencapai titik terjauh 4,5 meter dengan persentase error rata – rata menuju sumbu X 3,89%, sumbu Y 1,69%, dan heading 1,5%. (2) Tingkat kelayakan ahli media diperoleh skor persentase 94,83%, termasuk kategori “sangat tinggi”. Tingkat kelayakan dari ahli materi yaitu diperoleh skor persentase 77,84%, termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi”. Ditinjau dari penilaian pengguna diperoleh skor persentase 84,71%, yang berarti masuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi”.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The performance of three omni directional wheels robot as a learning media of robot navigation system in robotics course, (2) The feasibility level of three omni-directional wheels robot as a learning media of robot navigation system in robotics course. This research was a Research and Development (R & D) with ADDIE development model. The results of the research are known: (1) Three omni directional wheels robot functional demonstration of menu and device used is 100% result, categorized as "excellent". The robot can rotate according to command with an average error percentage of 0.6% at a spin speed of 35 RPM. Robot tested to move towards the ordered corner without changing the orientation (heading) as far as 150cm obtained an average error percentage of 1.37% at a speed of 80 RPM. The robot moves toward the coordinate point of the position ordered in X, Y, theta (heading), reaches the furthest point of 4.5 meters with the average error percentage toward the X axis of 3.89%, Y axis of 1.69% and heading of 1, 5%. (2) Feasibility level of media expert obtained by percentage score 94,83%, including "very high" category. Feasibility level of the material experts obtained a percentage score of 77.84%, included in the category of "very high". Judging from the user rating obtained a percentage score of 84.71%, which means entry in the category of "very high".
