PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING TERHADAP SOFT SKILLS INTERPERSONAL SISWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) meningkatkan soft skill interpersonal siswa dengan strategi pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), (2) mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan soft skills interpersonal siswa. Penilitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis & Mc Taggart. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) kemampuan soft skills interpersonal dapat meningkat setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran koperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), (2) besar peningkatan aspek soft skills interpersonal adalah 6% pada tiap siklusnya.

Abstract
This study aims to : (1) improve of students' interpersonal soft skills with cooperative learning Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning strategy type, (2) find out how much improvement of student interpersonal soft skills. This research was a classroom action research with Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. The data collecting method used was method of observation. Data analysis technique used in this research was quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of this study are: (1) the ability of intpersonal soft skills can be improved after applying STAD cooperative learning method type, (2) the increase improvement in the aspect of interpersonal soft skills was 6% in each cycle.
