PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SIMULATOR PLC SIEMENS S7-300 PADA PAKET KEAHLIAN TEKNIK OTOMASI INDUSTRI

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) unjuk kerja media pembelajaran simulator PLC Siemens S7-300, (2) tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran simulator PLC Siemens s7-300. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 2 Depok dengan subyek penelitian kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri. Tahap pengujian unjuk kerja dilakukan setelah selesai tahap pengembangan, sedangkan tahap pengujian kelayakan produk dilakukan uji alpha dan uji beta. Ahli materi dan ahli media menguji coba alpha, sedangkan uji beta oleh siswa kelas XII teknik Otomasi Industri SMKN 2 Depok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Media pembelajaran simulator PLC Siemens S7-300 secara keseluruhan mempunyai unjuk kerja yang bagus dengan rincian mampu mensimulasikan rangkaian PLC dengan pemrograman logika dasar AND, OR, NAND, NOR, X-OR, dan X-NOR dengan baik, serta mensimulasikan kendali dua buah silinder kerja ganda elektropneumatik berbasis PLC dengan siklus kerja A+B+A-B-, A+B+B-A-, dan A+A-B+B- dengan baik, (2) media pembelajaran simulator PLC Siemens S7-300 secara keseluruhan dinyatakan sangat layak. Penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan rata-rata skor 3,48 dari skor maksimal 4,00 masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Penilaian ahli media mendapatkan rata-rata skor 3,40 dari skor maksimal 4,00 masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Penilaian respon siswa mendapatkan rata-rata skor 3,33 dari skor maksimal 4,00 masuk dalam kategori sangat layak.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) performance of instructional media of Siemens S7-300 PLC simulator, (2) feasibility level of learning media of PLC Siemens S7-300 simulator. This research is R&D with ADDIE model. The research was conducted at State Vocational High School 2 Depok with research subject of class XII of Industrial Automation Engineering expertise program. Performance testing phase was done after completion of development stage, while testing phase of product feasibility test of alpha and beta test. Material experts and media experts assessed alpha test, while beta test was assessed by students of class XII Industrial Automation Technique State Vocational High School 2 Depok. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using descriptive data analysis technique. The results of this study showed that: (1) the learning media of Siemens S7-300 PLC simulator as a whole has a good performance with details capable of simulating PLC circuit with basic logic programming of AND, OR, NAND, NOR, X-OR and X-NOR well, and simulate the control of two PLC-based double electro-based cylinder working cycle with A + B + AB-, A + B + BA-, and A + A-B + B- well work cycle, (2) Siemens PLC simulator learning media S7-300 as a whole is declared highly feasible. The expert material judgment earns an average score of 3.48 out of 4.00 entered in a highly feasible category. Assessment by media experts get an average score of 3.40 out of 4.00 entered in a highly feasible category. Assessment by student responses get an average score of 3.33 out of 4.00 entered in a highly feasible category.
