THE VIOLATION OF CITIZEN OBLIGATIONS BY A GROUP OF DAYAK SUKU IN LOSARANG INDRAMAYU

Abstract

ABSTRACT

However the form and the action of the violation is and who the people is doing, it is the act which resist the law, and on its practice, the violation’s act was doing based on the personality’s want with ignoring the existence of the rules. The objectives of this research are to expose the reason of Suku Dayak Losarang who breaks their obligation as the citizen, and to know what the effort that must do in guiding Suku Dayak Losarang. The subject of this research was chosen by purposive. The data was gained by interview and document study, and the cross check technique was chosen to be the validation of the data. The analysis of the data is using the inductive technique. As the conclusion of the research, it can be seen that the reason of Suku Dayak Losarang break the obligation of the citizen on the religion field is Suku Dayak Losarang have been had their own theory, it is “Sejarah Alam Ngaji Rasa” and they think that there was so much deviationism and uncertainly of the religion which develop in Indonesia. The violation on administration department of inhabitant happened because of there is the religion column which they can’t complete and using the shirt while taking an identity photo and also there are the illegal levies and the complicated process while making the identity card. The guidance of the efforts by Pakem Indramayu is the output of the recommendation letter on 2007 about the prohibition and freeze towards Suku Dayak Losarang Indramayu. Lakpesdam Indramayu is doing the founding on the administrstion of citizen and social, with the audience techniques, identification of the member and the socialization of social protection.
