 This research aims to reveal the values of the character of citizenship contained in the novel Pulang Darwis Tere Liye's work. This research is a content analysis research with qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used reading and recording techniques. The validity used is semantic validity. The results of this study are: 1). The values of the civic character in the novel Pulang include: religious character, honest character, tolerance character, discipline character, hard work character, creative character, independent character, democratic character, curiosity character, spirit of nationality character, the characters appreciate achievement, the character friendly / communicative, the character of peace love, the character of reading pleasure, the character of social care, and the character of responsibility.

2). The values of civic character in the main characters are: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, appreciative, communicative, peace loving, reading pleasure, social caring, and responsibility.
