THE EDUCATION OF RELIGIOUS AND NATIONALITY CHARACTER IN SDIT LUKMAN AL- HAKIM INTERNATIONAL, BANGUTAPAN, BANTUL, DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing on how to internalize the implementation of education of religious and nationality character in SDIT LHI Jogoragan, Banguntapan, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kind of research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Subject determination conducted by purposive sampling which is obtained six subjects of research, they are headmaster, counseling teacher, classroom teacher, V grade homeroom teacher, and the learners.The research is located in SDIT LHI Yogyakarta, at Jalan Karaglo No 2, Jogoragan, Mondalon, Banguntapan Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Conducted on Januari 2016 until March 2016. This research use interview and documentation as technique in data collection. Inductive technique in data analyze through some steps on data reduction (simplification), data unitization and categorization, data display and conclusion. Data validation technique which is generated by cross check technique. The result of research shows that: Method on how to internalize the implementation of education of religious and nationality character can be done through dicipline, democratic, and social concern. Education of religious character can be conducted by alqur’an memorizing, muroja’ah, riyadhoh alqur’an, or interact with alqur’an, duha and zuhr prayer in congregation and salaam habituation. While education of character can be conducted by academical and non-academical curriculum, that is : aspects of spiritual, moral, science, aspects of physical, interpersonal, cultural, and social.
