METHAPHORIC PERCEPTION OF THE TEACHERS FOR PANCASILA AND CIVIC EDUCATION IN STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS AT KULON PROGO REGENCY ABOUT CURRICULUM 2013
Abstract
This study aims to find out 1) differences in the perception of Pancasila and Civic Education teachers about the curriculum in Kulon Progo. 2) how the metaphorical perception of Pancasila and Civic Education teacher at Kulon Progo about Curriculum 2013.
This research is quantitative. The research sample in this research was using selected by purposive techniques. The criteria, the subject of this research consists twelve Pancasila and Civic Education teachers. The research data were obtained through questionare. Analysis model of data in this research using inductive analysis, the deduction of facts or events become general conclusions by analyzing and presenting descriptively form.
The results showed that 1) there were differences in the perception of teachers about the curriculum in 2013 metaphorically. 2) Curriculum 2013 was perceived as a) resembles uncooked fruits (41.67%), b) resembles an old train on the rail (25%), c) resembles a drama (16.67%), and d) resembles new vehicles (16.67%).
