PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KOPERASI MAHASISWA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA FIS ANGGOTA KOPMA UNY
Abstract
The background of this study due to low student interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to find out whether or not there is an effect of the participation of student cooperative members on the entrepreneurial interest of students of Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) as Yogyakarta State University (YSU) student cooperative members.
This was an ex-post facto study using the quantitative approach. Population of this research involving 107 respondents. The tryout of the study was conducted at Faculty of Economics involving 30 respondents. The data were collected by a questionnaire. The instrument validity was assessed by Pearson’s Product Moment correlation and the reliability by Cronbach’s Alpha. The data analysis technique was the descriptive statistical technique.
The results of the study show that there is an insignificant positive effect of the participation of student cooperative members on the entrepreneurial interest of students of FSS as YSU student cooperative members. This is proved by robserved = 0.214 > rtable = 0.19. The effect of the participation of student cooperative members on their entrepreneurial interest in the study has a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.046 or 4.6%. It means that the variance in the variable of students’ entrepreneurial interest is affected by the participation of student cooperative members by 4.6%.
