IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM GERAKAN INDONESIA MEMBACA MELALUI KAMPUNG LITERASI TUKANGAN, TEGALPANGGUNG, DANUREJAN, KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi program, program pengembangan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi program Gerakan Indonesia Membaca melalui Kampung Literasi Tukangan. Pendekatan penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu imlementasi progam meliputi komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi berjalan baik meski beberapa variabel kurang maksimal. Program pengembangan di kampung literasi meliputi program peminjaman buku, reading group, pusat informasi kesehatan remaja, dan kelompok batik. Faktor pendukung program diantaranya partisipasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, serta dukungan tokoh masyarakat. Faktor penghambat program diantaranya partisipasi yang kurang, waktu, dan dana.

Abstrasct
This research are aims to describe the implementation program, development program, and supporting factors and obstacle factor the implementation of Indonesian Action Reading Program trough Tukangan Literacy Village. The research adopted a descriptive-qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis technique based Miles and Huberman model consisting of three procedures i.e. data reduction, data display and verification. The validity of the study was enhanced by source and method triangulation. The result of this research indicate that the implementation contains communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure was running well even though some variables are less than optimal. The development program in Literacy Village i.e book lending circulation, reading group, Youth Health Information Center, and batik group. Supproting factors i.e. society participation, facilities, and supporting all stake holder. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors include low community participation, less time, and the funding.
