IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SD NEGERI SERAYU KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui implementasi kebijakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) di SD Negeri Serayu Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu SD Negeri Serayu. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu implementasi kebijakan PPK. Narasumber penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yaitu dengan langkah kondensasi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. (1) Interpretasi kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan membuat tim dan peraturan penguatan pendidikan karakter (2) Pengorganisasian kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter terstruktur, adapun program dan kegiatan yang menjadi penunjang (3) Pengaplikasian kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter mendapat dukungan dari masyarakat, lingkungan, dan sarana prasarana. Pengaplikasaian penguatan pendidikan karakter dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran atau KBM, ekstrakurikuler, sera pembiasaan atau budaya sekolah.

Abstract
This study aims to describe and know implementation of the policy of strengthening the character education (PPK) at SD Negeri Serayu. The research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research was SD Negeri Serayu. The object was the implementation of the PPK policy. The resource people of the study were the principals, teachers, students and parents. The data were obtained from some techniques namely observations, interviews and documentations. In analyzing the data, the researcher used Miles, Huberman and Saldana model such as data condensation steps, data display, and verifying conclusions. Triangulation engineering and triangulation source were employed to measure the validity of data. The research results showed that (1) The interpretation of strengthening character education policy could be done by making teams and rules. (2) The organizations of strengthening character education policy were structured, programs and activities played roles to support it. (3) When the policy of strengthening character education were applied, it got supports from the societies, environment, financing and infrastructures. The application of strengthening character education can be done by integrating the policy in the teaching and learning (KBM), extracurriculars, company habituation or schools’ cultures
